Well the festive season is over and it is time to focus on the New Year. Here at Absolute Appraisals we have seen a slight increase in requests from a few lenders, which is very optomistic, and some other great news is that we been approved by Suntrust & Riverside Banks to their list of Appraisers. We are looking forward to a long and healthy relationship with both parties.

My wife Katrina has been very busy with her Real Estate company (Absolute Equity Reality Group) lately, and it is a good combination of both buyers, new listings, and rentals.

Check back soon as I am researching REO's & Foreclosures and how to compete with short sales in this market.
